Concrete core drilling
Clean, precise openings in concrete, brick and masonry, without cracking what stays in place.

What we drill
Diamond core drilling cuts clean, round holes through reinforced concrete, brick or block. It is the method of choice for running plumbing, electrical conduit or ventilation without a jackhammer: little vibration, little dust and no cracking around the opening.
- Concrete slabs and floors
- Concrete, brick and block walls
- Foundations and basement walls
- Openings for plumbing, electrical and ventilation
- Core samples for analysis
Why have us drill
- 01
Wet drilling: dust is captured at the source and the site stays clean.
- 02
Locating before drilling, to avoid critical conduits and rebar.
- 03
Drilling and demolition by the same crew: one contractor on your site.
- 04
In a building containing asbestos, drilling is done with the required protective measures.
How we work
- 01Site visit and samplingWe assess the site and identify hazardous materials.
- 02Quote within 24 hA precise scope, a clear price, a realistic schedule.
- 03Containment and workSealed area, negative pressure and code-compliant procedures.
- 04Air test and handoverHEPA cleaning, final check, space ready for what comes next.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between core drilling and concrete sawing?
Drilling makes round openings, for pipes and conduits. Sawing makes straight cuts, for doors, windows or trenches.
Does core drilling make a lot of dust?
No. Diamond drilling is done wet, which captures dust at the source. Water and slurry are collected as the work goes.
Can you drill in an occupied building?
Yes. Diamond drilling produces little vibration, and we schedule noisy work around your constraints.
What if the wall or slab contains asbestos?
The materials must be tested first. If they contain asbestos, we drill following asbestos work procedures.
