Takeover and final clean-up of contaminated sites
When demolition was done without accounting for asbestos, we take over the site and hand it back clean, with an air test to prove it.

When to call us
We are often called in after a company demolished without accounting for asbestos, or without knowing it was there. Contaminated dust and debris then end up everywhere: floors, structure, ducts, adjacent rooms. Work cannot continue until the space has been decontaminated.
- Demolition done without prior sampling
- Asbestos discovered during the work
- Contaminated debris left on site
- Dust spread to adjacent rooms
- Site abandoned by another contractor
How we take over the site
- 01
Site assessment and, if needed, sampling to define the contaminated area.
- 02
Containment of the area under negative pressure, so nothing spreads further.
- 03
Removal and bagging of debris, then HEPA vacuuming of every surface.
- 04
Final air test by an independent laboratory before work resumes.
How we work
- 01Site visit and samplingWe assess the site and identify hazardous materials.
- 02Quote within 24 hA precise scope, a clear price, a realistic schedule.
- 03Containment and workSealed area, negative pressure and code-compliant procedures.
- 04Air test and handoverHEPA cleaning, final check, space ready for what comes next.
Frequently asked questions
Can work continue during the clean-up?
Not in the contaminated area. It stays sealed until the final air test. Depending on the project, work may continue elsewhere in the building.
How do you know how far the contamination has spread?
Through a site inspection and, if needed, dust and material samples analyzed in a laboratory.
How long does it take to get the site back in order?
From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the area and extent of contamination. The schedule is set out in the quote, provided within 24 h.
The previous contractor has left. Where do we start?
Do not move the debris, restrict access to the area and call us. We assess the site and provide a quote within 24 h.
Who does the final air test?
An external, independent laboratory. Its result confirms that work can resume.
