Where we come from
Démo-Construct was founded in 2015 by Benjamin and Kevin, HEC Montréal graduates. Yohan joined in 2019. The three of them run the company today.
Our quotes spell out the scope of work, the price and the schedule. On site, we contain, remove, demolish and dispose of materials to CNESST requirements, then hand the space back clean to the trades that follow.
What we do today
Démo-Construct brings interior demolition and building decontamination together under one roof.
We remove asbestos, lead, mold, vermiculite and pyritic backfill. We handle strip-outs and interior demolition, brick demolition and concrete core drilling. We coordinate pre-work sampling, take over sites contaminated by others and carry out the corrective work required after a CNESST stop-work order.
Our clients are general contractors, property managers, institutions and homeowners. Recent projects include Concordia University, École René-Guénette, Habitations Barclay and the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce community pool.
